Returns  & Refunds

Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.  

To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 7 days of receiving the order. For replacements or refunds, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging. All claims for replacements must be submitted within 7 days of delivery; after that, we wont be able to refund or replace the product
 
If you would like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any defects it would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

Refunds and exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 24 hours. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will require your bank account details to process the refund.Please note that credit card and refund processing times can vary based on the method of payment.
  • Store credit: Alternatively, you may opt for a store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
For items lost in transit, we will issue a refund once the shipping status marks the item as lost.

If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
